Oh Zach!!!! Rock My
World is the follow up novella to Rock My Bed, Riff and Aubrey’s story.
It is a very short read, but packs a hell of
a punch. Michelle managed to get an
entire story in there in only eighty pages! To me that takes talent.
On my review of Rock My Bed, the one thing that I wanted was
a novella because Riff and Aubrey’s story did not feel finished to me. There was still so much more that I wanted
and needed to hear from them. Michelle
did not disappoint.
We all knew that Aubrey’s parents are sticks in the mud and
we find that in this story they are even bigger douches. When Aubrey surprises her parents and brings
Zach home, they are not too happy. They
are very disrespectful and cause Zach to second guess himself at every
turn. Even though he feels that his love
with Aubrey is tight, when thoughts are implanted in his head, he has a hard
time ignoring them.
Aubrey only wanted her parents to love Zach as much as she
does and when that doesn’t happen, things go from bad to worse. Add in a guy that he dad really wants her to
be with and the worse….falls deeper.
If you were a fan of Rock My Bed, you will fall in love with
Rock My World. I am never one to give things away because I want ya’ll to read
and enjoy. I will say that I was in
tears for this one. The emotional tugs
for me were there. I broke for Zach and then was so happy at the same time.
Overall, Michelle did a knockout job with Rock My World and
I can’t wait for Rock the Beat, Trip’s story!
